Delivery FAQ

Flower Soul deliver to most suburbs across Perth. Our delivery days are Monday through Friday unless otherwise stated and we deliver between 1pm – 6:30pm. To view the areas that we deliver check out our delivery map or add your items to the cart and the availability will be located in the delivery calculator by entering a postcode. If no delivery options are available please contact us to confirm if we can do it for you.

We carefully select the best and freshest flowers available on the day of your delivery. Allow for the florists own choice or choose from one of our 4 defined colour schemes. Arrangement sizes can change based on the value of certain flowers used, and flower varieties will vary depending on what botanical materials are available and in season. All of our arrangements are unique and one of a kind and this is what makes them so special. Please contact us for custom orders.

Orders must be placed by 12pm (AWST) to secure same day delivery. If you have an urgent order please contact us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

We generally deliver between 1pm-6:30pm and will send you an email to let you know when your flowers have been delivered.

If delivery is being made to a business address please make sure to complete the ‘Business Name’ section at checkout to avoid confusion upon arrival, and we will also attempt to make the delivery before Close of Business (5pm). Please be aware that many businesses only allow secure access, in which case the delivery will be left with the reception desk, after which it is no longer the responsibility of Flower Soul and will not be replaced or refunded due to loss or damage from this point.

Please provide the name of the hospital and the patients ward. This can be entered in the notes section at checkout. Please be aware our delivery drivers will not deliver direct to the patients room so as not to interfere with treatment or rest. All deliveries will be left with the reception desk or nurses station, after which it is no longer the responsibility of Flower Soul and will not be replaced or refunded due to loss or damage from this point.

If no one is available to accept delivery of your flowers we will leave them in a shaded place out of view of the road. We do not accept responsibility for stolen arrangements. If the items can not be left in a safe place they will be returned to base and the arrangement will need to be collected from the Flower Soul Studio. Re-delivery can also be arranged for an additional delivery fee.

We respect that some senders may wish to remain anonymous. As a result we won’t disclose the senders name or details unless it is written by you in the Card/Note message.
